Medical Receptionist Jobs

Medical receptionists play an important role in welcoming patients, managing appointments, and supporting the smooth operation of a hospital or healthcare facility.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage appointments and patient registrations.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
  • Good computer and record-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach toward patients.
